This is the story of a couple – Money Walia and Ashutosh Gautam, who started their business Your Carts with an investment of Rs 20,000 and now earns a company with a turnover worth Rs 4.25 crore.
The couple met in college and decided to tie the knot in 2017. They both come from separate religions which led to many differences. Ashutosh was an automobile engineer whereas Money was totally in the line of education. Ashutosh was working in a Honda Motors retail outlet when he decided to quit and focus entirely on his business – Your Karts.
Money had never thought of entering into this line of business and she was still working when both decided to start listing the products on amazon.

Money realized the pressure on his husband and decided to quit her job and help Ashutosh full-time.
Their journey began in the year 2019 when Ashutosh created the “Speed Auto Parts” Facebook page to sell auto accessories. This name was later on renamed “Your Karts”.
The first purchase that the couple made was of Rs 20,000 which consisted of the initial slot of products that were later listed on e-commerce websites like amazon. Ashutosh developed special fragrances with the help of traditional perfume makers from Kannauj and Unnao in Uttar Pradesh. They both were receiving a positive response from the customers and soon their 2 BHK apartment was converted into a warehouse leading to the recruitment of their first employee in 2021.
And now they have a 1500 sq ft warehouse in Noida which alone consists of
almost 25 employees.
Money was from a different line of education which caused her some trouble to understand the basic working of this industry however, she studied about the same in-depth and now possesses the required knowledge.
“There comes a point in a woman’s life after childbirth when she realizes the end of her career and financial freedom. My motivation to those ladies is that they can start at any time and they can work at any time” says Money, a mother to a daughter of 2 years.
Ashutosh gives a ton of importance to customer feedback and goes through each and every one of them personally. He appreciates the negative feedback as much as he appreciates the positive ones and works towards making the products more customer friendly.
Your Karts offers various latest and distinctive car accessories like steering knobs, and car seat organizers, and is renowned for its vehicular colognes.
Their best-selling product is car solar perfume; which works with the help of solar energy. Other best-sellers are Jaguar perfume, rocket perfume, airplane glider perfume, etc. They will soon be introducing the concept of charcoal perfumes which has not yet been introduced in the Indian market as well.
Your karts have listed their products not only in Indian markets but also in Dubai and Mexican markets. In addition to this, they have also started their in-house production of perfumes.
They had an outlet in Ambiance mall, which recently completed its tenure successfully. They currently have two retail outlets including one in Chennai and have decided to build new ones in the malls by the end of this December. Apart from this, they have also started supplying other distributors.
In the end, Money says “Don’t make excuses. Don’t wait for the right time. Go with the flow and work hard.” Her husband Mr. Ashutosh agrees with her statement and adds to it saying that failures are the first step toward success.
